Our apartment building, newly constructed in 2026, combines modern comfort with a welcoming atmosphere. A total of 17 stylishly furnished apartments and two spacious suites offer the ideal setting for a relaxing stay—whether short-term or long-term.
High-quality beds, mattresses, and mattress toppers made in Franconia ensure first-class sleeping comfort. Thoughtful details, such as a gentle, automatic lighting system in the bathrooms, promote orientation and well-being—especially pleasant during the night.
A special highlight is the innovative ENVOLA climate control system, which ensures a constant, draft-free, comfortable climate throughout the building. Fresh air and pleasant temperatures accompany you around the clock—energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
All apartments feature a cozy sitting area as well as modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, LCD TV, a safe, and much more. For business travelers, the rooms offer ample space for productive work in a relaxed environment.
